Kirsti Kuosmanen

Kirsti is a tantra teacher, sex, love, relationship and feminine empowerment coach, Gestalt psychotherapist, author and actress. She inspires people to reclaim their power, self-love, creativity, freedom, and their sensual and wild sexuality. Her invitation is to embrace transformation and create a life that feels deeply alive and worth celebrating.

Kirsti is an experienced tantra teacher, sexuality and relationship coach, psychotherapist, and author who guides women and men into a deeper connection with their bodies, vitality, and pleasure. Her work integrates therapeutic understanding, somatic practices, and tantric wisdom in a way that supports genuine, embodied transformation.

With over two decades of experience in psychotherapy and extensive international training, her work is characterized by clarity, safety, and presence. Her background as an actress and pioneer of improvisational theatre brings sensitivity and a strong capacity for being fully present in the moment.

She is a Gestalt psychotherapist and a facilitator of Holotropic Breathwork and psychedelic therapy (Grof Legacy Training).

Kirsti is the author of Secrets of a Glowing Woman (2021), Power Years of a Glowing Woman (2023), and Garden of Venus – A Tantra Book for Women (2026).

She has worked as a professional actress since 1989 and graduated from the Drama Centre, London, England.

Kirsti is a founding member of Stella Polaris Improvisation Theatre, the first improv theatre in Finland (1990–2026).

She has been on a spiritual path since 2006, became a devotee of Amma, and maintained a daily meditation practice from 2008 to 2013, when she discovered tantra.

She qualified as a Gestalt psychotherapist at the Gestalt Institute of Scandinavia, Denmark, in 2007.
